TechArmy is an LLC formed in 2010 by Joe Mackenstein to act as competition to BestBuy/GeekSquad's computer services.
We have always felt that GeekSquad's prices are completely unreasonable, and we can usually beat them by at least 40%. Relatives of all of our employees have felt the wrath of GeekSquad and their horrible prices and service too many times. They simply want to sell you new hardware and software rather than actually fixing what's wrong with your computer.
