This services includes backing up family pictures, documents, videos, etc. up to 5GB (approx. 10,000+ pictures, 1000 songs, and 4 hours of home videos). For any amount of data above that, it is an additional $9.99 per gigabyte. Also, we do not go through single files to back up for you, you can choose between entire folders.
You will probably want this if you are getting an OS reload. Another reason you may need this service is if your hard drive is failing, because many times, there are only a few more times it will work before it completely fails! Or, if you just want your memories/important documents backed up, this is the service for you.
